My favorite season, fall, is just around the corner, and I have lots to look forward to: cooler weather, cozy sweaters, the best holidays (how many days till Christmas?!), pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks, and of course, football season! I'll admit I'm not the biggest football fan, but I do enjoy all that comes with it, from team rivalries to the stadium atmosphere. Just watch out for my dad when the Giants are playing...it can get ugly.
But we all know that the best part of football season is the three-hour (or more!) pre-game tailgate. It's not always this glamorous, but how fun would it be to throw a preppy, chic tailgate party? Here's my idea of the perfect tailgate, complete with comfy, girly blankets piled into the back of a car, and cute football-themed cake pops.
P.S. Go Phoenix! Had to throw one in for my alma mater.
